3. Booking & Payments

All bookings for sessions or events are made via the booking system or email.

By making a purchase or booking, you agree to the stated price, payment method, and any cancellation policies described on this page, the checkout, or services page.

We reserve the right to change prices or offerings at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to be flexible while also honoring the time and energy invested in preparing your session, product, or service.

Private Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling of private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If canceled within this time frame, you may reschedule or request a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved especially for you.

Educational Materials (Courses, Downloads, Meditations)
All digital products—such as downloadable guides, meditations, and online courses—are non-refundable once purchased, due to the nature of instant digital delivery. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you encounter a technical issue accessing the material, contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Bindrunes
Each bindrune is intuitively created and energetically attuned specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the creation process has started.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After that time, your bindrune may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.

If your bindrune arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to find a solution.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the cancellation conditions are not met or if the request does not align with the policies stated above.

Retreats

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, bindrunes, and downloads—is the property of The SoulShifter and is protected by copyright, unless otherwise noted.
